"Preview" screen should have a "Submit" button

When you've written a message and Preview it, and you decide it's ready to go, you can't submit it -- you have to press "Continue" and wait for it to re-display the message before you submit.
The Preview should have "Submit" and "Edit" buttons...
(I'm noticing that there's no "Preview" button on the "Post a New Message" screen that I'm now using to start a new thread.)
