APL2000 '04 Conference Proceedings

When browsing the APLDN web site, I often see ads for "APL2000 '04 Conference Proceedings" at the top of my screen. When I click on the ad, I am just taken to the APLDN home page. If I use the Search box to look for "proceedings", I get "no matching content found".

Are the Proceedings online or not? If so, where?

The '04 Conference Proceedings will not be available online. Instead, when you click on the ad, it will (when operational) take you to a page with instructions to contact Sales (or Sonia Beekman) to purchase the conference proceedings.
