Is it possible to change the Print Setup dialog that appears when you execute

   'pr' Œwi 'Create' 'Printer' 'Setup'

We would like to

 - remove the Orientation frame

 - change the caption

I have a feeling that I've seen this done, but can't remember how.  Any help appreciated.

(I am aware of the PrintDlg and PageSetup methods.  But it's the Setup dialog that we want to change.)
