Enhancement idea: "Long comment" tooltips

Today in APL+Win, while editing a function, when you hover the mouse over a function or variable name it pops up a tooltip describing that object. In many apps, when you're in a Listview and you hover the mouse over a cell that is truncated, it pops up a tooltip with the complete contents of that cell. I would like to see an enhancement in APL+Win that, when editing a function, on a line which has a comment (whether the entire line or to the right of APL statements), if the comment doesn't fit within the current display window, when you hover the house over the comment it would pop up a tooltip containing the entire comment. For simple comments I prefer to use same-line comments, rather than putting the comment on the line before the APL statements. But sometimes the statements are long enough that the same-line comment runs off the screen. It would be very useful to be able to see that comment without having to scroll the entire window to the right.

As long as we're talking about tooltips, I have a bug/enhancement request.

I run Windows with 2 monitors.  If I put APL on the second monitor, the APL tooltip (function header info or variable info) shows up on the 1st monitor instead of at the cursor.

I think there's just some code in there to make sure the tooltip window is visible (on the monitor) but it's not taking multiple monitors into account.  It should constrain the tooltip to the monitor containing the mouse pointer.

Both of your enhancement requests have been logged.
Thank you.
