In the NI.W3 workspace in the Examples directory of the APL+Win distribution, there is a function,  httpget which benefits from a minor tweak;  swap links [33] and line [34].   Setting the onConnectNotify event after calling the Connect method may result in loss of the onConnectNotify event.  Setting it before callsing the Connect means you won't miss the event, causing the httpget function to go into an infinate loop.
