Web Transfer - xtimeout

If you create an instance of the WebTransfer object, as set the xtimeout property, then execute the XOpen method, the xtimeout property gets reset to 30 seconds. That is OK, it is just not documented to function that way. Addtionally, I had to download a couple of hundred 5+ megabyte files, that occationally timed out. That is, the xtimeout period expired while the transfer was still going on so the full transfer did not complete. []WARG reported a {minus}1 error, but how can one tell that the time out was the cause of the error? I just resorted to setting the timeout period a very large value. Of course, set the xtimeout property after executing the XOpen method. :-)

What I did when I wrote my APL-only HTTP utility is that I set the timeout feature to be "time since last reception" rather than "time since starting" so that large receives wouldn't have that particular problem. Maybe the WebTransfer object should use a similar method?
